Back to Old Look!

Me, a week ago.

I think this was the most longest length that I've kept till now! But it's gone today, I had a hair cut at Kajang in the evening. Initially I wanted to go to Casey at Wangsa Maju because the price is cheaper. But I don't know the way there and my sis was not free to bring me there today. Why must I cut it today? So that I don't nid to worry how should I set my messy hair for Fac Night tomorrow. haha.. My hair is dying, that's why I need to cut it, plus, I can save money for the whatsoever treatment for the spoilt hair. It's just a hair cut but I waited for my turn for almost an hour and the hair stylist took about an hour to cut it! I was sleeping all the way when he cut, LOL!! Besides, I spent two hours waiting for Rapid bus to and fro, so shitty man. Wasted my time and energy! I shall take a good night rest tonight.

If you ask me am I used to this new hair cut because suddenly it becomes so short. Well, on the whole I don't feel odd or ugly. I have been keeping short hair for almost 18 years continuously. Contrarily, I think it's hard for me to get used with long hair. LOL... Weird right? I'm quite happy with his new hair cut. Feels like back to high school time! Haha.. Let go all the miseries and welcome the new challenges! Face it with courage and bravery. This is me. =)

New Tune Intro Night 2009

For this event, there were a lot of preparation and sacrifices. Many problems occurred throughout the progress, include the night itself that I wouldn't want to mention here. Technically, it was an unsuccessful performance.I was quite upset when came to this situation again, we trained so hard only for this, for intro night! But the result was disappointing and the fact that, it wasn't a practice, it was a real show man! Initially, I thought someone should take the responsible for the mistakes done, but I realized that blaming is worth for nothing! Things already happened, we couldn't change it. Although it wasn't as good as we expect, but I believe everyone has tried their best to make it and thus, we have the chance to dance! What important is we learn from our mistakes and improve ourselves. Don't lose your passion for new tune. Don't forget that we are a team, we are New Tune's members! It's our responsiblity for everything done.

The night is for everyone, we are suppose to have fun and enjoy ourselves. So forget all the fucking damn thins that made us unhappy. Look at the brighter side, tomorrow is a better day. =) Well, as I've mentioned, we really prepared a lot for this. Especially the girl dancers, we went to set our hair at Hair Zone, Kajang soon after class. xD That cost us Rm35 for each hairdo.

Aza Fighting!!

It's 3.25A.M now, I'm still at Pusanika with a few friends. While they're doing the things for New Tune Intro Night which is going to be held 16 hours later, I steal some moment to online (my sms-mate has already gone to his fantasy world @@). Hehe.. We had done our training few hours ago. We dance with ultimate power and try to do our best! After the training just now, we had supper at Al-Fariz. It's the first time we had supper together since the starting of new sem. Quite miss the others who had already graduate. Really hope to see them sitting at the audience seats tomorrow, but sadly only a few can make it. Kinda miss our last sem 'coach'-Shin, miss his style of dance! It's easy to recognize because it's so HIM! haha.. The everyone-respect Chun Ming, he's really like a big brother of ours. And the pretty and crazy, Lin Min; the laziest CJ xD; the hot teacher, Hui Shi; and also the elders like Take, Amy sis, Jeslyn......etc. Xiao Yu is not joining us this time, hope she can come back to us later. ^^ Chye Hee, I wonder if he still live in human world or busy in love, haven't meet him since this sem, LOL. Tomorrow 10 dancers are going to perform-Kat, Wang, Juivy, Arif, Von, Line Line, Zhi Tat, Jansenn, Edmund and me. Another legendary person in New Tune is Jansenn, this is the 'N' times he joins New Tune event, N>5 years! This might be the last time he join us before he officially retire as he has completed his Master!! Man..it's sure hard to say goodbye. Now I'm awaiting August to come, to attend Shin and others' Convo. hehe... Tonight, we will try our best to perform! Don't lose you breath when seeing us dancing!!! New Tune Rawkx~

p/s: Stacks of assignments haven't done yet! Sigh... I'm thinking how should I wear my fac night gown this Saturday as my knees are cover with bruises! >< I'm gonna have to make-up for my legs dy..LOL

Happy Convo Dude =)

I went to Mid Valley to meet some of my buddies yesterday. Such a coincidence, I met Sue Lyn in the KTM earlier while she was on the way to meet us. I just realized that we're in the same box when I saw her reflection on the glass, LOL. I need to do some shopping and wasn't bring enough money, so we headed to the ATM to withdraw some cash. When the money came out, they looked unfamiliar to me, I was like "HUH??!! Is this Malaysia money?! Oh no...."

I was thinking how can I return the money into the ATM machine because I thought it was China's or Indonesia's currency. After that, SL told me it was the new Rm50. You can't blame me because it was the first time I received this new money from ATM and owned it, kinda shocked at the moment. Haha..

I don't think UKM's ATM have this yet. =.=

After everyone has arrived, we had our dinner at Kim Gary. The last time we gathered together is on Hui Shen's birthday. This time, it's because the next day is his convocation of diploma at TARC. So I need to travel from UKM just to meet him for two days. You owe us big time man...hehe.

When at the convo today, HS's whole family was there and his baby nephew is really cute! Haha... Me and Chia Yuan reached there after 4pm, we just attended the photo-shooting session. Though it's just a while but it took us a lot of sweat! Luckily we both were fully prepared--bought some cold beverages before we depart to TARC. Hehe... Shy Chyi and Hong Foo were there too, for the same purpose, attend friend's convo. haha.. We took a few photos before we separate.

That's all for today and yesterday. Haha.. I'm going back to UKM tomorrow and continue our dance practice. The performance will be held on Tuesday night, good luck to us! By the way, I'd received the message from PT ajk that I've been selected as one of the dancer for the mooncake festival in October. ^^ It's going to be a new challenge to me, hope that I can go through it with my determination. Gambateh! =)

New Tune was working on the promotion at Pusanika few days ago, to attract first years'. The counter was so empty and we decided to put up something. Zhi Tat, the artistic guy I call, set up this wooden model. It has no gender at first, but now I'm sure it's a guy....

Sadly, I should say this year's committee made me down. Everything seems so last minute and uncertain. My spirit was burning since last sem break but now I can hardly see the flame. Hope that we can make it a successful one togeher, it's not too late now. Team work is the most crucial element to success. Work hard together, guys!

Loss and Down

I wonder how much energy I still have. I'm very hungry and super tired now. It's a rainy day but I don't feel cold at all, until when night arrives. When I settle down at room, i just realized how tired I am. I have muscles ache, bruises, tired eyes and feel powerless. Yet, I don't have much time to rest. Tomorrow will be another tough day. Though I'd caught up the moves, but I still need more practices and need to adjust some steps. Sigh. Quite sad to hear those comments just now. I know it's good to get criticized sometimes but today I'm really tired. Seriously, I nearly break down. LOL. I had hair loss problem since end of last semester. I'm shocked when I see the hair loss wind in between my comb just now, so much of them! My heart burnt! Will I die bald? This is the thing I fear the most!! My hair is very dry and dull, it's bothering me! I think I need a hair cut now. The shorter the better. Though I want to keep it long, but I don't want to be bald!! T.T And I hate to have acne problem, why can't they go away?! ><

Woohoo~ What a relief. Finally I'd caught up with all of them after skipping 5 times practices!!! Felt quite guilty and stressful if I didn't catch up with them, because it's ultimately my fault for not attending. Today got some new movements, about 8 beats are floor movements. I already had some bruises on my right knees, I think can't reduce the discolouration in this period of time. No more shorts for now, LOL.. By the way, I really need to get a new pair of converse. The anonymous old sneakers are getting looser, not suitable to wear to dance now, my toes are hurting. ><

Going to sleep early today though all morning classes are cancelled tomorrow. We're going to have a practice at 8am and then promote New Tune by our dance on 10am. Good luck to us! ^^



p/s: Need to find a French name for myself as we were required to seek for a name easy for our lecture to memorize. >< Any suggestions??? Hehe..

The Climb

Yes, I know it looks awful but it was not because of I fell down nor bang into a car, and I swear that I did not fight with anyone. It was just an audition which resulted this!

Woke up at 7 o'clock early in the morning to attend an audition for the 30th Mooncake Festival (PT as in Pesta Tanglung). I went alone but met a few coursemates there, at least there's someone to clam me down, a relief. ^^ There were two auditions, I preferred dancing than acting because I don't think I can act well. =.=" After some small ice breaking sessions and the event of contract-exchanging ceremony between PT exco and the teachers, the audition began. Of course, dancers were separated from the actors and actresses, unless for those who attended both, they are doing the dance audition first. We were then divided into small groups with six members in each group. Basically there were three rounds that we need to go through during the audition. The teachers trained us for the first round, the young lady showed us a few steps and we were required to memorize, practice and perform it. It was more to contemporary which was quite new to me because I never learn it. We were told what to do in the second round, I think it emphasized on our expressions and our ability to act. As for the third round, random songs were played and it's our time to bring our talent into full play. Though I am a dancer in new tune, but I'm not good in solo. It's quite an awful memory to me. T.T

I really hope that I can get a pass for the audition. I was planning to join this performance since last year after watching the great and impressive stage play. They were purely performed by UKM students, I'd mentioned in my former blog post. It's a dream to perform on that stage with good scenario and great people in UKM. If I get the pass, the bruises I got and every suffering moments during the practices are worth it! But if I don't get it, well..maybe I'll just be one of the 3000 spectators, again. Haha..

Fooled.

Supposingly I have a class at 2pm for curriculum today and it's at FSSK. Me and my friends took an early bus at 1pm to have our lunch at Pusanika cafe because the bus drivers are having lunch break at 1.30pm. We're not familiar with FSSK, it took us a few minutes to find the class at the 4th floor. The classroom was in used as we arrived 5 minutes earlier, so we waited at the classroom next door. We won't be bored as long as we're talking.. LOL. When it's already 2pm, we went into the class and grabbed the centre seats. One thing made us feel strange was that, there was only 6 students (including four of us) in the class. 10 minutes later, we knew there was something wrong. Maybe the class has changed the location or it is canceled? Because there seems no other students or lecturer is entering the room. Just when the moment we stepped out from the classroom. We saw this on the notice board.

Oh man....We were so foolish waiting for the class to start!

Since my plan was runied (was planning to attend the class =.=), I have no other plan than to spend the day in my room. I was with my lappy most the time except when I was sleeping at noon and movie's time at TSP's room. We'd just finished watching La Lingerie, a Hong Kong film in 2008. It is about how a woman's undergarments hold the key to the exhortations of her modern soul. Or something like that, consistently funny out of all reason. We just couldn't stop laughing and many scenes are so "Oh My God". LOL. I'd also downloaded some wallpapers for my dekstop background. ^^

Yo! Today is The Mines day. Watched Harry Potter at 2pm show. The theater was just half -full, thought it will be full like Transformers 2-Revenge of The Fallen. Swt. After that, it's shopping time again because my friend haven't found their own gowns. Was so excited to step in Kitschen again!! I've awaited for this since yesterday. We didn't find Kitschen at 1u at the previous day. You really should pay it a visit, god damn many nice dresses and Tees!! ^^ They were tempting but I managed to resist them though I really like the dress below. LOL

Just when I thought I would go back with empty hands, we passed by ES and I wanted to have a look at the heels inside. Together we spotted a pair of black heels. OMG....They fit me just nice, it's just my size!! And they look marvelous, brilliant and HOT!! Super duper love them!!! Can't reveal it by now, keep it mysterious. Wahahahaha...

Before heading back, we had a lake walk at the fleamarket. There wasn't much thing actually, but we got to snap a few pictures at the lake. =) Today onwards, no more going out so freely. We all will be bound by those pack schedules and classes. That's why we have to enjoy to the fullest. ^^

I've already gone out for several times in this week! Felt so bad to put aside my dance practices, must have left out a lot of steps now, I shall catch them up asap!! >< Compared to the days before, I've spent the most on today! I've bought a dress for the coming faculty night on 31 July. It's not really expensive actually, but the total price of the accessories that I've bought were more expensive than the clothes! LOL.

We went shopping at 1Utama in the evening. We shopped for 6hours! We'd visited several tens of shops at different levels, even the new wing with all branded outlets, but we just see and go, haha. Of course, we bought something too and seriously, I'm almost broke. >< Walking non-stop, my ankles still hurt now. @@

Besides shopping, we had our dinner at Charms. Initially we wanted to have dinner at Italianese, but we're too hungry to find the direction to the restaurant.

It so happened that the design of Charms at the middle of the road attracted us and there was a girl eating the self-BBQ lamb at the corner. The smell was so nice and it was so tempting, so we decided to give it a try. ^^

Special Marimo

I'd received a gift (souvenir) from a friend who had been to Taiwan for about 7 weeks during our last sem break. It's the first time we talk face to face actually, LOL. The gift is a special thing which survives in clear water. It's special because I never seen this thing before! haha... Thought it's a moss or lichen or something but it's not. It's called Marimo in Japanese.

Marimo is also known as Cladophora ball, Lake ball or Moss Balls in English. It's a species of filamentous green algae which is found in a number of lakes in the northen hemisphere. It's also a rare growth form of species where the algae grow into large green balls with a velvety appearance. You only can see colonies of such balls in Iceland, Japan and Estonia. (Done my research xD) This is why I feel that the gift is unique. lol.. The biggest marimo that has been discovered is 60cm presently. Perhaps 150 years later, you can see two giant marimo(s) in Malaysia. xP

Cheras Pasar Malam

I've went to the night market at Cheras tonight, my first visit to the place. Omg.... The night market is freaking long..... It was like a few kilometers. *jaw drop* Sorry for the overexcitment but I really came from a kampung, the land of paddy fields. LOL.. After the busy day, finally there's break time for me, for us. I had 4 lecture classes today, 6 hours continuously in the morning and a 3 hours class at 5pm. Luckily the evening class just lasted for AN HOUR, and only with one power point slide!! ..wtf! It was a picture of roti canai and we're asked to interpret that roti canai in the context of economy....swt. It was a coincidence that all of us are free tonight and we decided to go to the Cheras night market. Of course the main idea was to go to EAT!! My friends bought a few things there though, they are quite cheap and nice. =) Well, we already recognize the route to the night market, next time we'll find a chance and escape to there again. ^^

Horrible Second Year

Fuck! Got kicked out from Arabic class today because the class was overloaded. The lecturer didn't ask us to get out from the class, but erased the names from number 25 onwards. So shit man. Another class hanging there, really hard to settle down now. Hope they won't arrange night class for us! It's spooky up there and I would like to keep my night time free for additional activities. According to my timetable, supposingly I'm totally free on Monday and Friday. But now, I'm NOT!! I'm having IFL tutorial on Friday! Shit!!! And only for one hour, from 11am-12pm. Other sessions are full, again. Since the case turns into this, we'll consider to select ICL tutorial on Friday then (if we have a choice), to lesser our burden on Thursday. Monday......I really really hope to keep it free. Probably later I'll be having French class from 4pm-6pm. No choice, other classes are clash with my law classes.

Sigh....Why is second year's life so torturing? The schedule is enough to kill me! No more free time. I'm gonna die~~like the zombies!!!! Sob T.T

I'd attended a surprise birthday gathering (I suppose) for Wan Shin at Chilis (The Garden) last night. The whole thing was planned by our 'tiny but super loud' sister, Miss Loh. According to what she said, I really think that she's very sincere to organize this party for her best buddy. =) It was the first time that I visited to this restaurant actually. Everything was fine but due to the effect of my cough medicine, I still feel sleepy and no ohm. Lol... It took us like half an hour to get seated nicely because we had quite a number of people. It's really not easy to gather up to 15 people from different colleges at different states. I was quite confusing when viewing the menu---don't know what to order. LOL. At last, we decided to share two main course for three persons.

The food was quite nice but the bill was nicer... The total was Rm500++. We also paid Rm20 per person for her Rm500++ present, it's going to be a A/X bag. O.o Despite having fun, one thing that I'd discovered was that, I feel like there's a gap between us (me and miss loh, we're in the same gang during high school) and it's getting bigger and bigger. When the ladies were talking about branded bags, make-up accessories, facial....etc, I just can't cut in. I have nothing to say on these topics because I don't really spend my money on these. Duh...I bought bags, but not Gucci or CK, just Nike or Adidas. I ain't a make-up freak, I'm really really lazy to remove the make-up if I wear them everyday, unless when there are functions or someday when I've change my habit? lol.. When came to this topic, all I did was saying nothing! That's why when she asked, "why are you so quiet today?" Sometimes I'm quiet when with someone I'm not familiar with or when I don't feel like talking all the time! I don't feel shy but weird. Why can't I say something? Simply say something. There's not only girls' thing that we can talk about, sure there're something that we're in sync, that's why we are friends till now. Though we don't always meet, but she will still my best friend. I hope I'm the same. I hope that nothing has changed and won't be changing.
