Have You Been To Tesco Extra?

The conversation below are supposed to be in Hokkien, but I just simply translate them into English. Hehe....

Wife: Hey, we haven't been to this Tesco right?

Husband: We've just been there la, we went there that night.

Wife: No la, we didn't. That night you took the wrong way and we didn't make it there.

Husband: We took the wrong turn but after that we took a big round and got back to the right track, after that we went there (refer to Tesco Extra situated in Butterworth).

Wife: (insist) No, we didn't. You just took the wrong way and we didn't go there.

Husband: You just don't remember do you? We went there after taking the wrong turn. Just happen recently you also can forget it?

Wife: Nola, you're wrong. You took the wrong turn ma.

Husband: ....... (keep driving) After that we went there ma. Why is your memory so lousy? That's why la can't go to university.

Daughter: (was in the car too) ...................=.="

Husband: That day we went the wrong way, after that I drove a big round to get back here and we went there. You still warned me not to park near the tray in case our car got scratch!

Wife: Yala, but that one was in Penang, not Butterworth one. You are wrong.

Daughter: Haiyo, just a Tesco, not never been there before what.

Husband: That day we really went there what.

Wife: No, we didn't!

Daughter: Then next time we go again will do la...........haiz.

Finally, the conversation is over. Peace was back in the car, haha.

Actually the Husband and Wife are my parents! hahahaha....The incident just happened in the car when we're on the way back from Butterworth to Alor Star at night. I was thinking to post it on my blog because I felt it's quite funny, negotiating on Tesco? My parents are so LOL, no wonder I'm also LOL. swt!haha...
