Gathering in Penang.

After the last 2 years' apartment stay with the same group of people and at the same place, this year we made it simple since many of us were not available. We organized a small gathering in Penang with a few of my matrix friends. I am quite appreciate the fact that even though we only meet once or twice per year, our friendship never change. :D

Our first activity: We had a karaoke session at the newly opened Neway at Queensbay. The environment was quite nice and comfortable. We booked the earliest session at 11am-2pm because it was the cheapest! hehe.. Guess what, we had a set of meal and free buffet salad which only cost us Rm11.20 per person. ^^

Next, we had a yam cha session at Station 1 cafe nearby Komtar area. We only ordered food because the drinks were quite expensive.

Lastly, we had our dinner before we headed home. Too bad the kueh chiap hadn't open yet. We only had some dessert at "Si Guo Tang" and my main course was Kueh Tiao Teng. Besides, we also ordered the chicken legs, taste good!

Time flies. Looking back, we were still callow during matrix but now we had completed our second year course in university. It's getting harder for us to make time to meet up each time but I hope we still can gather every year like we do now. I'm looking forward to our next gathering.
