There are still a lot of "pendings" that I haven't update. Too many things happened in last month that I don't know where to start. I feel like I'm running away from time, from my blog and from things that could make me miserable. It's the first time I have no mood to blog. I used to be so in mood to write especially when I was down. Everything happened so fast, we weren't given any time to say a proper goodbye. At that moment, I felt like life is meaningless. It's all about leaving huh? Since that day, I became corrupt and fell miserably. I skipped classes, I didn't clean up my room and I don't care about everything! I just want a peace of mind.
I was supposed to blog about this on 6 March 2010 but I failed to do so. Today, it's already 1 April 2010. Finally, I can face it again.
One month ago, my roommate finally came back from Sabah. She was absent to class for 2 weeks since our CNY break. She came back, I noticed something was wrong because she didn't seems to be cheerful. She told me that she's going to quit study and she's going back to Sabah due to family financial problem. You and me know that wasn't the real reason, but we didn't go further. She came back to settle her things and soon after she got the authorised letter from UKM, she informed us that she's leaving. Her flight was on the morning of 6 March.
The moment that she came back, I was very busy. Busy of preparing for ALSA Conference, dance practice for NTLP and spent some free time doing assignments as well. We don't chat a lot because most of the time I wasn't at my room. I wanted to talk to her but somehow, I didn't. The night before she left, we had ALSA Conference for the first night. When the event ended, it was 1am plus and she was already asleep. Initially I wanted to send her to the airport as I think that I'm obliged to do so, because I was her roommate. Unfortunately, I slept late burning the midnight oil doing a goodbye card for her. I slept at 5am that night and they departed at 7am.
Luckily my friends, Tsp and Carol insisted to wake me up before I regretted for my whole life! The first thing came to my mind was giving the card to her. We said goodbye and gave each other a hug. After that, I continued to sleep and had no intent to wake up.
3.30pm, I was supposed to practice dance at Pusanika with the others / attending ALSA Conference but I weren't present either. I took a bath. Finally, I dropped my tears. I cried in the bathroom where no one can hear. At that moment, I felt heart broken, being betrayed and I felt like I had lost a friend. Everything was like a dream. It felt like yesterday when we all just knew each other. She was the first person I knew when I entered Uni, should I say the first friend I knew in my Uni life? She used to be a nice person and a helpful roommate. One thing that I couldn't learn from her is that, I'll never be a girl who follows 100% to her boyfriend's order. I quite admire her for that actually, although i always complained about it.
Now, 4 chippettes became 3. But we're still the chicks in Zaba and FUU. Haha! I'm me again now, with a clear and peace mind. There are still a lot of things that I have to do. Still, I want to thanks to someone special who kept me in companion all this while. Without him, I will not able to have those memorable moments. :)
Hope that someday we'll meet again. Remember our promise that you'll come back during our convocation. Looking forward to another hi. :)
